College Prerequisites

All Prospective Students:

Please fill out your financial aid form (FAFSA) online as soon as possible. If determined that you are eligible for aid you will be contacted by the Personal Touch Beauty and Barber College Financial Aid Department. The amount of funds allotted is based on what a student qualifies for according to the federal government laws. Please be advised about the importance of having all visible documents via email or on-site as soon as you apply to expedite the process. Listed below is a check list of the required prerequisites to ensure that you have met all required documents to adhere to Personal Touch Beauty and Barber College requests.

Step 1:
Application for admission completed ($50 non-refundable), please complete the application

Step 2:
-High School Diploma/GED
-Transcript (official copy) of the last school attended
-Tuberculosis (TB) Testing

-2 Copies of passport photos
-Driver's License
-Social Security Card
-Birth Certificate

Step 3:
-Student Permit Application ($35 non-refundable)
-Enrollment Application
